We know how we like our tea. Strong or light. With milk or without. Sugar, ginger, or none at all. But how often do we stop to choose the tea itself?

Tea changes. Gardens taste different. Harvests change. One season isn't necessarily the same as the next.

So we don't choose at random. We look to Assam's Second Flush, taste again, compare again, and choose one tea to carry the MASSA name for the year. Not endless choice. One considered one.
